If I want to take advantage of the "Bring a Friend Free" promotion, do I have to reserve a 2nd seat now? YES! You must reserve two (2) seats at the time of your registration. If you do not reserve two seats at the time of your registration, we cannot guarantee a seat will be available for your guest later. Seminars frequently fill up early. If you reserve a 2nd seat for a guest and later change your mind and decide not to bring a guest, just let us know later and we'll cancel the 2nd seat.
What if I want to bring a guest, but I don't know yet who that will be? No problem! Just let us know that you will be bringing someone and enter to be determined in the "Full Name (Registrant #2)" box on the online registration form. Leave the rest of the Registrant #2 information blank.
Will my guest receive seminar materials and CLE credit? ABSOLUTELY! Everyone who attends the seminar will receive all materials, CLE credit, certificate of attendance, lunch, etc. There will be no distinction made between attendees and their guests at the seminar.
What if I register with a friend and we want to split the cost of the seminar between two credit cards or between a credit card and a check? No problem! However, so that we can process the registration properly, you should call to register by telephone if you want to split the cost of the seminar between two credit cards (or between a credit card and a check).
What if I register with a friend and we want to pay for the seminar with two checks? No problem! Register online as normal. Just send payment (together or separately, it doesn't matter) within 7 days of your registration and we will make sure that your payment is applied properly to your registration.
What if I register with a friend but later need to reschedule? No problem! Just let us know which seminar you would like to attend and we will transfer your registration. Your friend can attend the seminar as originally planned and you can attend a more convenient seminar on different dates. Or, we can transfer both registrations to a later seminar if you prefer.
How long will the "Bring a Friend Free" promotion be available? Not forever! This offer may be removed from mediationmedia.com anytime. Once removed from the website, the offer will no longer be available. Also, when online registration for a seminar is closed due to near-capacity enrollment, the "Bring a Friend Free" promotion will generally not be available for that seminar. (Online registration closes when a seminar has two or fewer seats left available). Once a seminar is full, we will maintain a wait-list in the event of cancellations.
Are there any discounts available other than the "Bring a Friend Free" promotion? Generally, no. The "Bring a Friend Free" promotion has proven popular when we have made it available. We do not currently have any other registration discounts available to the general public. To be notified when and if other discounts or promotions become available, register for our newsletter.
How often do the seminars sell-out? Very often. We keep the seminar groups small to maximize the learning experience for the participants. Unfortunately, this means we frequently have to turn participants away once a seminar fills. Typically, we allow only 20 participants in a course. (We cap registrations for some courses at just 15 participants, however). We recommend that you register early, especially if you hope to take advantage of the "Bring a Friend Free" promotion. Our generous refund/cancellation/transfer policy will allow you to make changes should your schedule later prevent your attendance at a seminar.
