The Mediation Process and the Skills of Conflict Resolution is a comprehensive CLE-approved mediation training course for new and experienced mediators designed to thoroughly prepare you to become a professional mediator. You will master mediation skills that you can use to resolve disputes in a wide variety of conflicts. Currently, our basic mediation training program is offered in Alabama and Mississippi. The course can also be presented at your locationanywhere in the United States in multi-day formats ranging from 2-day (14 hour) programs to 5-day (40 hour) programs, depending on the mediator training requirements in your jurisdiction.
ALABAMA In Alabama, we present a 3-day, 20-hour training program. This seminar meets the training requirements of the Alabama Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution for mediator registration on the state court mediator roster (maintained by the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution). Approved for 20 hours (3 ethics) of CLE credit.
MISSISSIPPI In Mississippi, we present a 2-day, 14-hour training program. This seminar meets the training requirements of the Court-Annexed Mediation Committee of the Mississippi Supreme Court for inclusion on the state court mediator roster (maintained by the Mississippi Bar). Approved for 14 hours (3 ethics) of CLE credit.

Additionally, many course participants have received CLE credit in their home states after attending one of our training programs out-of-state. Our course has never been denied CLE approval.

SEMINAR REGISTRATION TRANSFER AND CANCELLATION POLICY Full Refund. Your seminar fee is fully refundable if you cancel your registration 10 or more business days prior to the first day of the seminar. All cancellations must be received in writing or via email.
Reschedule Anytime. If you must reschedule your attendance at a seminar ~ even at the last minute ~ you may transfer your registration to another equally priced seminar within 24 months of the date of your original registration. All reschedule requests must be in writing.
Substitutions. If you are unable to attend a seminar for which you have registered, you may send a substitute in your place. If you need to send a substitute, we ask that you notify us at least 1 day in advance of your seminar, if possible.
Event Cancellation. In the unlikely event that Mediation Media, Inc. must cancel or reschedule a program for which you are registered for any reason, we will refund your registration fees or transfer your registration to another program, whichever you choose. Mediation Media, Inc. is not responsible for participant expenses related to a program cancellation.
